Since moving to the Greater Dallas area, I have inspected over 7,000 homes as a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector. I have trained field inspectors for real estate asset management companies under contract with The Department of Housing and Urban Development in Dallas and San Antonio, Texas, Phoenix, Arizona and in California in the cities of Irvine, Downey, Palmdale, and VanNuys. I hold the Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) designation through TAREI. I hold the Master TPREIA Inspector (MTI) designation through TPREIA. I am a member of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the Lone Star Chapter of ASHI, The Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (TAREI), the North Texas Chapter of TAREI, the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspector (TPREIA), and the International Code Council (ICC) with the B1, M1, E1, P1, and R5 code certifications.
