I have trained field inspectors for real estate asset management companies under contract with The Department of Housing and Urban Development in Dallas and San Antonio, Texas, Phoenix, Arizona and in California in the cities of Irvine, Downey, Palmdale, and VanNuys. I have been licensed and active in the real estate industry since 1984. I have been inspecting homes in the Greater DFW area as a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector since 1993. I am a member of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the Lone Star Chapter of ASHI, The Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (TAREI), the North Texas Chapter of TAREI, and the International Code Council (ICC) with the B1, M1, E1, and P1 code certifications.
